We use a system of ratings and reviews, thanks to which you can check the reliability of the traveler in advance.
Among the travelers who offer to deliver your order, there may be newcomers.
We have identified a number of criteria that will help new travelers quickly learn how to use the service.

What if my shopper doesn’t show up or refuses to pay me? If your shopper doesn’t show up, message them to schedule a new time and place to meet.
Since they already paid for their order, it is in their best interest to meet with you.

Even though this can seem like an appealing way to save some money, there are a few risks to keep in mind. If you’re a shopper, paying on Yolustu means we can protect you and your money to make sure you receive the product you ordered. If you’re a traveler, paying on Yolustu means we can guarantee you get paid for the products that you deliver.
Shoppers: how Yolustu protects you and your money After you accept a delivery offer you like, Yolustu protects your payment until you confirm you received it from your traveler.
Issue with your product? You can contact customer support and if your traveler did not deliver the right product or it is scratched or damaged, you’ll receive a full refund.
Traveler can no longer deliver your order and cancelled delivery? This affects their traveler rating and reputation. You can choose to either wait for another traveler to deliver your order or receive a full refund. When you deal with a traveler in cash, since we can’t protect your payment or know what you agreed to, unfortunately there are no guarantees and we won’t be able to help you if anything happens. Travelers won’t face any consequences if they don’t do what they said they would. This is why it’s also important to keep your chat with your traveler on Yolustu messenger so customer support can review what you guys agreed to if something happens or a disagreement comes up. When you pay on Yolustu, travelers are discouraged from canceling deliveries unless they really have to. We may restrict their accounts if they cancel multiple deliveries without explanation. Since travelers verify their accounts with their passports, they can’t just start over with a new account. What can happen when you pay outside of Yolustu Rauls traveler stopped replying to him and eventually canceled the delivery after 2 months. The AirPods Marias traveler delivered turned out to be damaged and she couldnt get her money back.
Travelers: how Yolustu guarantees that you get paid for delivery After a shopper accepts your offer, they pay upfront for their product and your delivery reward. We hold onto their payment to guarantee you get paid after you deliver the order. When you deal with a shopper in cash, unfortunately there is no guarantee they will pay you the amount they agreed to. If they change their minds, they can also decide not to meet up with you to pick up their order. When your shopper pays on Yolustu, only you have the ability to cancel the delivery of the order. Your shopper cannot just decide they don’t want this product anymore, especially after you’ve already spent your money to buy it.
As the shopper, you are covered by Yolustu's money-back guarantee and have the right to accept or not to accept the item if the condition is not as agreed upon (wrong color, wrong item, wrong quantity, damaged or broken).
Make sure to inspect your order before confirming delivery. Shoppers are given a 24-hour grace period where they can report an order as damaged or incomplete.
Please note that Yolustu is not responsible for damaged items. We encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance that covers damages due to lost or damaged luggage.
If your item is damaged, broken or wrong, best thing to do is inform your traveler right away and Yolustu within 24 hours. In some cases, the traveler will be able to bring a replacement on the next trip. If you didn't contact Yolustu or your traveler within 24 hours, Yolustu's money-back guarantee will not apply. Please contact support if you have any questions about our cancellation policy.
Travelers often unpack to save space in their luggage. If you have ordered an expensive item or would like to receive it in the original packaging, please inform the traveler in advance. If your traveler fails to keep the original packaging after they have confirmed it, you can count on Yolustu's money-back guarantee.
If your item is difficult to deliver along with the packaging, or if it requires a large suitcase, the traveler may ask for a higher reward.
In the rare event that your traveler cancels your order, you can:
1 - Find a New Traveler
We'll work on matching your order with another traveler so that you can get your item at exactly the same price and around the same time as you originally desired. Please note that your payment will be securely kept by Yolustu and transferred to your new traveler once delivery is completed. You won’t need to accept any new offer from your new traveler. Your new traveler will seamlessly continue your delivery. We'll attempt to reassign your order to another traveler and your order will remain open for 10 days. If we cannot match your order to another traveler, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
2 - Instant Refund - Yolustu Wallet
If you cannot wait for another traveler to deliver your order, it has gone out of stock or its price has changed, you can choose to receive a refund. You can do this anytime after your traveler has canceled the delivery of the order on their side, and before a new traveler starts a new delivery. To request a refund, simply open your order and click on 'Cancel order'. You'll see an option to receive the refund in your Yolustu Wallet or to your original payment method. We recommend a refund to your Wallet as you receive it instantly in US dollars. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 30 business days and are re-converted to your local currency. Additionally, by receiving your refund to your Wallet, you lock in the exchange rate that you originally enjoyed at the time of your payment. By opting to receive your refund to your original method of payment, there is no guarantee that the exchange rate will be the same on your next purchase. You can always check your wallet balance here.
3 - Refund (original method of payment)
If you don't want to receive your refund in your Yolustu Wallet, you may select the refund for credit or debit card on the order page. Remember that the refunds to a credit card may take up to 30 business days to appear on your bank statement. Throughout the entire process, we'll be sure to keep you updated on your order status in our notification center. If you have any questions about your refund status or believe an error occurred with your refund, we're here to help.
If you have not yet accepted a traveler’s delivery offer, you can cancel an order by going to your orders page and clicking on the order you want to cancel, click on “Order details” and then on the “cancel order” button on the order page. Once you accept an offer, you are committed to the payment of your order and associated fees. You can also message your traveler to find out if he or she has already purchased your item. If not, they are often willing to cancel the order from their end.
If your traveler didn’t show up to your confirmed meeting place, send them a message via our messenger to see if there was some confusion and/or to set up an alternate time.
Per our community guidelines, they should reply to your messages within 48 hours and contact you 24 hours before their arrival to coordinate delivery details.
If you cannot get in touch with your traveler after multiple attempts, please reach out to our Support so we can intervene on your behalf.
If your traveler has not communicated a change in their plans and your order is up to seven (7) days late, you are eligible for a refund. If so, our customer service team can facilitate.
This usually happens when there are not enough travelers heading to your city, your delivery date is too soon for travelers to meet, the item isn’t allowed into your country or if your item is difficult to buy, pack or deliver. Yolustu is a worldwide community that depends on traveler and shopper communication. In order to ensure that you get the item that you want, you'll need to communicate with your traveller at times in the buying process. Here are some tips on how to ensure you and the traveler have a seamless experience:
When you create your order:
- Enter as many details as possible when requesting your item. This will allow prospective travelers to bring your item exactly as requested.
Enter a detailed description. Many online links have multiple options (i.e. color, capacity, size, etc). Be detailed enough so that travelers will know exactly what you want.
- Once your order is placed, potential travelers may reach out to you with questions. You will receive email and push notifications (if enabled) about these messages. Please respond to these messages as soon as possible to give your traveler adequate time and information in order to accept to deliver your order.
After accepting a Delivery Offer:
You have accepted a delivery offer. It's important to keep your eye out for messages still. For instance, a retail store may run out of stock of your requested item or there may be a slight shipping delay. Your traveler will keep you updated and informed of any updates to your order. Delivery of the item will also be arranged through the Yolustu messenger.

Can I message any traveler? If you want a specific traveler to make an offer on your order, you can request delivery from them. Go to your orders page and click on your requested order. You will see a list of travelers en route to your city, select the one you like best and send them a request!

Communication: Great customer experiences depend on excellent communication between shoppers and travelers. Users that respond quickly with clear and friendly communication will have a better rating. Rude and slow communication will result in a lower traveler rating. It is vital that shoppers and travelers respond to each other within 48 hours when necessary. Responding within a few hours or quicker will increase your rating. Cancelations: Shoppers consistently rate a cancelled order as the most disappointing shopping experience possible. It is vital to make offers on orders you know you can fulfill in order to avoid cancelling orders. Travelers that cancel orders will receive a lower traveler rating than those that do not. How do I improve my rating? Traveler ratings are determined by the past 6 months of a user's actions and are only visible after delivering +20 orders. This score is calculated on a rolling basis, where only the past 6 months, from the current day, of combined scoring is used to determine a badge. Travelers that wish to improve their score can improve it over time by consistently offering a good shopper experience with on-time delivery, excellent communication and a low cancelation rate. Traveler Training Badge This badge is shown next to the Traveler Rating badge and indicates that the traveler has completed our Traveler Training, which consist of a series of tests and a personal interview with our Traveler Success team. What if I need to cancel my order? You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before a traveler has been matched. "When creating an order, you will see a few different charges that add up to the total amount. Please note that this price is just an estimate and you will not be charged when creating an order. Once you receive offers from your traveler, you will be able to see the final price for each offer you receive. The first is the product price, which is the price of the item sold at the retailer of your choice. Here’s a breakdown of these charges, as shown in the image below. Product price = this is the cost of the item you are requesting on Yolustu. If you found this item on sale, you should add a note to your traveler if a coupon code is needed to attain the discounted price. US Sales Tax = Yolustu auto-calculates sales tax for US travelers. Payout Statuses Pending Payouts - Pending payouts are payouts that have not yet been paid out to your bank account. Processed Payouts - Processed payouts are payouts that have been paid out to your bank account. Please note that once a payout is processed, it may take 1-2 additional business days for the payout to be visible in your bank account, depending on your financial institution. How do I get paid? Yolustu pays via direct bank deposit in the local currency of the country in which your bank is located. Please check here the list of countries we support payouts before adding your bank information. You may view your past and upcoming payouts using our payouts dashboard. Note: If you have a USD-based bank account that is located outside of the United States, financial regula-tions prohibit us from paying you in USD at this time. When will I receive my payouts? Once you deliver your item, we want to give your shopper up to 48 hours to let us know if there was any issue with the delivery. Yolustu will process your payouts between 3-15 business days from the moment that your shopper confirms delivery. Please note that after your payouts are processed, your financial institution may take between 1-4 addi-tional business days to completely process the payouts so that you see them in your bank account. Important: If you have multiple deliveries within the same trip, your payouts may be combined so that deposits have more than one payout included. If you have questions regarding the amount of your de-posits, please contact support. Weekend or Holiday delays Many financial institutions do not process transactions on weekends or holidays. If your payout from Yolustu is initiated between Friday and Sunday, your bank may not begin processing the payout until Monday. If your payout is initiated on a holiday, your bank will begin processing the payout on the next business day. What are the fees to receive payouts? Yolustu covers fees to send money to bank accounts located in most countries, but some countries are subject to a foreign exchange fee. Any fees will be displayed when setting up your bank payout infor-mation. Yolustu is not responsible for covering these fees, so please be aware of fees which may affect your payouts. What are the exchange rates? All payouts are paid out at actual mid-market rate at the time the payout is sent. Keep in mind that fluctu-ations in exchange rates mean you could end up getting paid at a rate that either leads to a small gain or loss from the exchange rate that was in effect at the time you purchased your item to deliver. Important: Yolustu is not responsible for any losses incurred based on the rate at which a traveler obtains currency used to purchase items. i.e. if a traveler pays a 10% premium from the mid-market exchange rate to obtain USD to make purchases, financial regulations mandate that we pay out at the mid-market rate (minus any FX fees mentioned above). We cannot cover the 10% premium the traveler incurred. Pro-Tip: To avoid such losses, we recommend obtaining foreign currency on your travels with a credit card or financial institution that does not charge foreign transaction fees. Avoid currency exchange kiosks that are found in airports and other places of travel. What if I don’t see my payouts? Your payout likely failed due to incorrect payout information, such as an incorrect routing or account number. Contact our customer service team so that we may assist. Please note that providing incorrect payout information will lead to delays on your payouts. Here are some tips to ensure your bank information is correct before you start your deliveries: - If you have a bank account in the United States, financial regulations require that you provide a tax ID (SSN, EIN or ITIN) when entering your information. Failure to enter a tax ID will lead to your payouts being put on hold after your first few payouts. - Some US banks have multiple routing numbers. If your bank has more than one routing number, use the "electronic" or "ACH" routing number. - If your bank is outside of the United States, make sure that the account provided is not an account that is based in USD. - Travelers with bank accounts in Brazil must provide their full account number including any prefixes and the security code at the end of the account.

Anticipate any extra amount such as import fees or local courier fees (if your shopper has asked you to send the product), and add this amount to your delivery offer. Any amount not included in your offer is not covered by Yolustu's money-back guarantee. Once your offer is sent, potential shoppers may reach out to you with questions. You will receive email and push notifications (if enabled) about these messages. Please respond to these messages as soon as possible to give your shopper adequate time and information in order to accept your offer.
After a Delivery Offers is accepted:
A shopper has accepted your delivery offer. It's important to keep your shopper informed. For instance, if a retail store runs out of stock or there is a slight shipping delay, make sure to let your shopper know as soon as possible. Delivery of the item will also be arranged through the Yolustu messenger.
Keep in Mind: Traveler & shopper communication is a vital part in making Yolustu work All messaging should be done through the Yolustu messenger. This helps ensure that Yolustu can assist in the event of a dispute (learn more about our Money Back Guarantee here) Please reply to messages from your shopper within 48 hours. Shoppers are expected to do the same. While Yolustu is a strong community of travelers and shoppers, there are times issues may arise or you may have trouble getting in touch with your shopper. Anyone over the age of 18 can register with Yolustu as a traveler or shopper.
Yes, as long as your shopper has not accepted your delivery offer, you can withdraw your offer. However, after the shopper accepts your delivery offer, you have committed to delivering the item. If you absolutely can no longer deliver the item, you can still cancel your delivery offer, but this may negatively affect your profile rating. Frequent cancellations will result in permanent suspension from the platform.
Remember to send a message to the shopper so he or she knows that you can no longer deliver their item and will be canceling delivery of the order. This is an important aspect of our community guidelines and helps bolster trust among shoppers and travelers.
My shopper wants me to cancel the order but I already purchased the product
Shoppers cannot cancel an order after they have accepted a delivery offer. If a shopper no longer wants their item, they may message you to ask if you can cancel it. If you already purchased their item, you are not obligated to cancel the order. However, if you’ve kept a copy of your receipt, you can try to return it to the online retailer where you bought it. This way, both you and your shopper will be reimbursed. If you are not able to return the item, please contact our Support Team so we can help."

Your traveler buys your item so that he or she can receive, pack and travel with your item. This also encourages responsibility of the traveler. Yolustu is not a courier service and we don’t allow shoppers to order packages. Each requested item should fit inside a traveler’s carry-on or checked suitcase.

After you’ve created an order, this request is posted on our Travel page where travelers will start making bids to deliver your order. The next step is to accept a delivery offer. When you accept a delivery offer from a traveler, your credit card on file is charged for the total amount of the order, this includes the item price + Yolustu fee + delivery fee to the traveler. Yolustu is the go-to way to shop for products that are not available in your country or are too expensive to buy locally. Ordering multiple items in the same order is not possible. You can request up to 10 units of the same item within one order. What should I not order? Remember, Yolustu connects you with a real person who will buy your item and deliver it to your city. Unlike shipping and courier companies, our travelers need to be able to fit your item into their suitcase. Items that are particularly large, heavy or bulky may not receive delivery offers because it will be difficult to transport. You also should not order an item that is illegal in your country.
Because of how Yolustu works, sometimes you may or may not be able to cancel your order.
In any case, your money is 100% protected! Meaning you either get the product you paid for, or you get your money back. There are two possible scenarios you may identify with:
1. I have not accepted a traveler’s offer, can I cancel the order?
By all means you can! If you haven’t accepted an offer or if the order has not been matched with a new traveler, to cancel it, just head to your order, click on “Order details” and then on the “cancel order” but-ton on the order page.
2. I have accepted a traveler’s offer, can I cancel the order?
If you have already accepted a traveler’s offer, you can cancel your order if:
The traveler has not responded to your messages for more than 48 hrs.If there’s no response from your traveler, please contact Yolustu support so we can mediate and try to get ahold of your traveler. If Yolustu doesn’t receive a response after 48 hrs, we will cancel your order after you confirm your pre-ferred refund method: Instant Match (get a new traveler), refund to your Yolustu Wallet or to the original payment method.
The item received is broken, damaged or not what was requested.
The order should be refused upon delivery, so please be sure to properly test and inspect your product at that time. If this didn’t happen, you have 24 hrs to report this to your traveler and to Yolustu. Claims received after 24 hrs cannot be can-celled, and will depend solely on the traveler’s ability to travel back to exchange the product with the re-tailer.
The order was cancelled by your traveler and has not been matched with a new one.If your traveler can-celled the delivery of your order, we’ll republish it to try to find you a new traveler that can deliver it on a nearby date and for the same price. If the order has not yet been matched, you may cancel the order by clicking on “Order details” and then on the “cancel order” button on the order page, then you can choose a refund to your Yolustu Wallet or to the original payment method. If you have already accepted a traveler’s offer, you can’t cancel your order if:
You changed your mind. Purchases on Yolustu are final due to the type of service we provide. As travelers purchase the products with their own money, cancellations will impact them in different ways, as they may not be able to return the product to the retailer due to different reasons, such as non-return policies or return windows closed, which may make them lose the invested money when purchasing your prod-uct.
The product received is not what was expected.
If an online store or seller is not describing an item accu-rately, this affects shoppers, regardless if you obtain the item through Yolustu or directly from the seller. We, therefore, recommend ordering from only reputable retailers, many of which can be found here. If the shop where the item is requested turns out to be unreliable, the traveler will not be responsible and therefore Yolustu's money-back guarantee will not apply.
The order was matched with a new traveler.
If a new traveler is matched with your order, and you would like to see if a cancellation may be possible, please contact your traveler via the Yolustu messenger. Trav-elers are often willing to cancel the order from their end if they haven’t purchased your item yet, though cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
The order is delayed.
It may happen that your traveler's flight is delayed or rescheduled due to unfore-seen circumstances. Yolustu will ask travelers for proof of this to ensure the traveler is compliant with our Terms of Service. However, your payment is still 100% protected. Orders can’t always be cancelled if the product is already purchased but you still may be able to check this with your traveler via the Yolustu messenger, still, the cancellation won’t always be guaranteed by Yolustu.
Yolustu is the best way to buy products that are available or too expensive in your country. With Yolustu, you can consume anything from baby clothes and toys to food.
Buyers often order from sites like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Apple, and many more. You can also order goods from an offline store. A manual order has been added for this part.

2) Tell us where you are and when you receive the item you want.

Choose how long you are willing to wait to receive the goods.
3) Confirm your order.
You see the approximate total amount including sales tax and increased commissions. This is not the final price. As you receive offers from travelers, you can choose the one that best suits you based on prices and delivery dates.
Dust will not be taken from you until you accept the terms of delivery from this or that traveler. If you have any questions, you can contact the passenger in the Yolustu messenger, first of all accept the offer.
4) Accept about shipping and pay offer.
Once you accept the sender's shipping offer, you will be redirected to the payment page. Delivery offer is posted only after payment confirmation.
Payment with acceptance only after acceptance of the offer and confirmation of payment. But don't worry, your money will be safe with Yolustu and we will release it to the passenger only after you confirm the delivery of the goods.
5) Meet the Traveler
Keep in touch with the traveler as the meeting approaches through our messenger.
Arrange a meeting with the passenger in a public place. Larger ones are found in our apps or website in our trust and safety recommendations.
Check your item upon receipt and confirm receipt of your order in our app or website.
If you find any problems with your order after receiving it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Start making money with Yolustu by heading to our Travel page. Here, you can type in the city you are visiting and begin filtering through order requests. When you see an order you’d like to deliver, click on it to view additional details like when the shopper would like to receive the item and where you can buy it.
To avoid issues, it's also a good practice to check if the product price matches the purchase link. Your shopper will not be able to edit the order price after accepting your delivery offer. When making a delivery offer, you have full control over how much you'd like to earn as a fee.
If an item is particularly difficult to buy, pack or carry, we encourage you to increase your desired traveler fee. You should also use your delivery offer to include any extra amount such as shipping costs or import fees, since you will not be able to claim that amount once the offer is accepted by your shopper.
Here are some pro tips for making delivery offers that get accepted. We also recommend adding a trip and enabling notifications so that we can send new order requests your way.

Community safety is our top priority at Yolustu. This is why you will be asked to verify your identity before making your first offer for your upcoming trip. Identity verification helps keep Yolustu secure, fights fraud and creates positive interactions in our global community. Identity verification is securely provided by Jumio’s NetVerify services (used by Airbnb and major international airlines) and is GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and PCI-DSS compliant. Your information is only used to verify your identity at the time of the identity verification process and Yolustu does not share or store any of your personal data from the verification process. How do I verify my identity? Step 1: Have Your Passport Available Ensure that your passport is currently valid and not expired. If a signature is required, please be sure that your passport is signed. Yes, please ensure that your device and browser settings allow access to your camera. Your camera will turn off automatically upon completion of the verification process. How long does it take to verify my passport? This process can take anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes depending upon image quality and issuing country of your passport. I don’t have a passport. What can I do? While a passport is legally required to travel between most countries, there are some countries that don’t require a passport to travel between.
